Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
MTS TOURS & TRANSFERS LLC ("we", "us") processes all payments from Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. The actual transfer and transportation services are provided by our local partner, MOROCCO TRIPS SOLUTIONS (Partners), based in Marrakech, Morocco. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.
Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled transfer without prior notice, no refund will be issued. Our driver will wait at the designated pickup location for up to 30 minutes (60 minutes for airport pickups) before the booking is considered a no-show.
Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown), you will receive a full refund or we will arrange an alternative transfer at no additional cost.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed by MTS TOURS & TRANSFERS LLC and will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment.
Modifications
If you wish to modify your booking (change date, time, or destination), please contact us at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
